"Where flowers bloom, So does Hope"- Lady Bird Johnson
You don't have to carry it all alone!
Life transitions, unresolved trauma, and early attachment wounds can quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others, often leaving us anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from our bodies. I work with individuals and couples who are seeking a deeper, more lasting kind of healing: one that supports the whole person (body, mind, and nervous system).
Areas of Focus:
Perinatal Support
Men/Fatherhood
Disordered Eating
Alcohol Addiction
Anxiety, Panic, & Disassociation
Inner Child Wounds
Together, we slow down and listen to what your body has been holding: unprocessed emotions, protective responses, and inner narratives that may no longer serve you. Using somatic and various "talk therapies" together, we gently shift patterns that were formed for survival and create space for connection, calm, and choice.
Whether you're an expecting or new parent, in recovery from disordered eating or alcohol addiction, or navigating early adulthood, I offer a warm, grounded, and supportive space where all parts of you are welcome. If you're ready to explore deeper healing through a somatic and attachment-focused lens, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
